Gentlemen:
This letter shall follow up my meeting with Franklin Johnston regarding the above-
referenced Development and shall confirm the consideration of matters pertaining to the final
condominium plat approval for the Stablewood Springs Ranch Condominium shall be on the
agenda for, and it is requested that it be on the agenda for, March 24, 2003 meeting. I believe
that the County Engineer is submitting to you a request that it be placed on the agenda as we
discussed at my meeting but I wanted to follow up with this letter to be sure that our request was
timely made. If you have any questions or there any further requirements with respect to this
request please let me know.
