Being all of a certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.17 acre, more or less, occupied by the Indian Creek Bridge/Dam across
the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, Texas; and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the concrete bridge on the north bank of the Guadalupe River for the northeast corner of
the herein described tract;
THENCE, along the east side of said concrete bridge, upon, over and across the Guadalupe River: S.l 1 °46'56"E., 171.80 ft.;
