Gentlemen:
The Privacy Act has brought to light the need for mandated provider agreements for
physicians, pharmacies and other agencies providing services to the Indigent Care. In
order for our Third Party Administrators to properly make payments, we should have
contracts with each entity. We have searched the files and have only come up with a
recent contract with the hospital. I suggest, with the cooperation of the County Attorney,
we set in motion providing contracts with these other entities. Attached you will find a
list of the current payees.
