sum of ~17,5Q~Qi.~Q~, charge it to F~_tnd `~, payable to City of
Ingram, and that an emergency be declared in order to
authorize the same. The Co~mty A~_~ditor and Co~_tnty Treasurer
are hereby authorized to write a hand check in the amount of
