As you may recall, the plat referenced above was approved by Commissioners Court and recorded
(Vol. 7 Pg. 205) on April 14, 2003.
.... 1t has been brought to my attention that a "typographical" error exists in my line chart for L8 (see error
highlighted on accompanying plat copies). The correct bearing for L8 is N.48°52'01"W.
I am seeking a solution for correcting this mistake. Please place my concern on the agenda for the
next Commissioners Court meeting scheduled for May 12.
I would hope that the court, by court order, would allow this specific correction be made to the recorded
plat in lieu of filing a new plat. Please let me know your thoughts. Ultimately, I wi11 do whatever the
court decides is the best method for making this correction.
