On this the 23rd of June, 2003, upon motion made by Commissioner Nicholson,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-
0-0, that we abandon, discontinue, and vacate 545.16 feet at the end of Dickey Road in
Precinct 4, contingent upon a cul-de-sac there being constructed upon specifications and
in the manner as approved by the Road and Bridge Deparhnent.
