Since the July Flood 2002, the following people have worked above and beyond their regular
job responsibilities. I ask the Court to recognize the following employees for their efforts
with a 2 '/2 % increase to be paid on the June 30, 2003, payroll.

Truby Hardin
Not only will the current budget support these merit increases, but we have addressed them in
our purposed budget for 2003 - 2004 along with certification increases, longevity, and cost
of living.
