On this the 14th day of July, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote 4-0-
0 for approval for the Farmer's Market at the Courthouse Square on the first, third and
fifth Saturdays of each month for the remainder of the 2003 growing season.
