On this the 14th day of July, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Williams
seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0, to waive reading and approve the minutes of Regular Session of June 9, 2003,
Workshop Session on June 16, 2003, and Special Session of June 23, 2003 of the Ken
County Commissioners' Court.
