Kerr County Commissioners, in compliance with County Court Order 27984 and in support of the Enhanced
9-1-1 Emergency System, have authorized a revised addressing structure to facilitate emergency services in Kerr
County. This card serves as Official Notice that a new physical address has been assigned Please refer to the
reverse side of this card for the Property description and new address.
New physical addresses will be effective January 1, 2004. The telephone company, post office and appraisal
district will be informed of the address change. However, it is the responsibility of the owner or occupant to
notify all service providers, subscriptions, personal 8c business interests, etc. of the new address.
You mast contact Kea Emergency 911 Network to confirm receipt of this notice and receive additional
instructions required to complete the 911 physical addressing process. Please be advised that this address will
become effective January 1, 2004 even if you do not contact Kerr Emergency 911 Network Call 830-792-5911
or visit the office of Kerr Emergency 911 Network at 87 Coronado, Kerrville during the time period shown below
that corresponds to the code on the reverse side of this card.
