On this the 28th day of July 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0, to transfer $3,200. from Line Item No. 10-409-564 Mainframe in Non-
Departmental to Line Item No. 10-401-309 Postage and to transfer $1,200.00
from Line Item NO. 10-409-564 Mainframe in Non-Departmental to Line Item
No. 10-401-310 Office Supplies in the Commissioners' Court.
Gentlemen:
Re: MAILING COST
Printing of card: $1,200.00
Postage: $3,200.00
Total: $4,400.00
I have spoken with Tommy and he is looking for the funding.
I think we might be able to have the cards made and be billed in
October. (New budget)
There might be a meter in our system that can handle this large of a
mailing and we could reimburse in October.
We have committed to this project so we have to do something.
