AND WAIVE READING
On this the 11th day of August, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Nicholson,
seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-1-0, to waive reading and approve the minutes of Regular Session of July 14, 2003,
Special Emergency Session on July 16, 2003, and Special Session of July 28, 2003 of the
Kerr County Commissioners' Court.
