seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0, to move $193.68 from conferences line item 10-458-485 and put $138.68 into
line item 10-458-310 for office supplies and put $55.00 into line item 10-458-456 for
machine repairs.
