ROAD IN WEST KERB COUNTY
WHEREAS:
There is much confusion regarding the correct name of Beach RoadBeech RoadBeech
Road Westin West Kerr County, and
WHEREAS:
There is another street in the Kerr 911 area which is named Beech Street, and
WHEREAS:
Our road parallels Byas Branch which was named for an original settler of the area, and
WHEREAS:
A major tract along our road is named Byas Springs Ranch, and
WHEREAS:
We understand that street numbers are soon to be assigned along our road
THEREFORE:
We the undersigned do petition the Kerr County Commissioners Court to establish the
name of the road that serves our properties as BYAS SPRINGS ROAD.
