An Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer AGREEMENT NO: 69-7442-3-549 AMENDMENT NO. 1 PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S COURT AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE The provisions of the original agreement and amendments are revised as follows: NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the several promises to be faithfully performed by the parties hereto as set forth, the County and NRCS do hereby agree as follows: It is agreed that the following described work is to be performed at an estimated cost of $108,460.21.00. Kerr County EWP - DSR's KC-02-O1, 02-03, 02-05, 02-06, 02-07. -The sites are located along county roads within Kerr County. The repairs include roadside and bank stabilization, sediment or debris removal, and structural stabilization of river crossings. Methods are as follows: Loose rock riprap, sediment/debris removal, concrete guttering or minor structural work, critical area shaping, earthfilUexcavation, and vegetation. DSR# 2-04 -Site preparation to supplement the planned construction contract. This work is limited to placement of granular fill, shaping of work area, traffic control, signage, and any cleanup activities. A. The County will: Provide 25 percent of the cost of performing the emergency watershed protection measures described in Section A. This cost to the County is estimated to be $27,115.05. B. NRCS will: Provide 75 percent of the cost of construction required to install the works of improvement described in Section A. This cost to NRCS is estimated to be $81,345.16. PURPOSE: To add DSR # 2-04 and increase the funds by $28,460.21 for this project.
