On this the 2"d day of September 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
Seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-
0 by modifying the 2003-2004 Kerr County budget by adding to Special Trials line item
the sum of $75,000.00 to the 198th District Court.
