CONSTABLE PRECINCT NO. 3
On this the 2°d day of September 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
Seconded by Commissioner Williams, the court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0
by modifying the proposed 2003-2004 Kerr County budget for the Constable Precinct
No. 3 by increasing the Miscellaneous line item from $100 to $700 to acquire a radio and
increasing Postage line item from $37.00 to $100 and increasing Office supplies line item
from $50 to $100 and deleting existing Fuel and Vehicle Repair and Vehicle Insurance
line item and adding New Fuel line item in the amount of $1300 and adding new Vehicle
Repair line item in the amount of $500 and adding new Vehicle Insurance line item in the
amount of $650 and adding Capital Outlay line item in the amount of $7,200 to acquire
and equip a new vehicle patrol unit.
