On this the 8th day of September, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
Seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0, to waive reading and approve the minutes of Emergency Session of August 29,
2003, Regular Session on August 11, 2003, and Special Session of August 25, 2003 of
the Kerr County Commissioners' Court.
