The Kerr County Master Gardener class worked hard on the front flower beds in order to make the building more attractive. We think we succeeded in our goal. It is very disconcerting to us to see the unsightly storage area behind the building. I also suggest it may become a matter of public health as it seems to offer shelter to creatures coming up from the aver... dare I suggest rodents? The first time we inquired as to the disposition of this "stuff' we were told it was temporary storage of the Texas State Arts and Crafts Fair and would be sold and removed. This, apparently, has not happened. Is this an example of what they intend to do with the land they were allowed to lease? I trust you will be able to use your office to "encourage" the removal of this accumulation. Thank you very much. Anna Osborn 8/21 /2003
