On Tuesday, September 16, 2003, at 1:30 p.m., a special
meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was held in
the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,
Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in
open court:
P R O C E E D I N G S
JUDGE TINLEY called the meeting to order stating the agenda items
was to canvass the September 13, 2003 Constitutional Amendment
Election and called for a motion.
COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS made a motion to accept and approve the
totals as presented by the County Clerk.
COMMISSIONER LETS Second the Motion,
JUDGE TINLEY Called for a vote.
(The motion carried by unanimous vote.)
JUDGE TINLEY then adjourned the meeting.
(Commissioners Court adjourned at 1:40 p.m.)
