September 16, 2003 Charles Lewis has done an outstanding job representing Kerr County on the 9-1-1 Board. I recommend we reappoint Mr. Lewis to this position. Charles Lewis is a retired Army Colonel and has lived in Comfort for over ten years and has been active in the community. He has extensive administration experience from his career in the army.
