On this the 14th day of October 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Nicholson,
Seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0
to provide the use of the Hill Country Youth Exhibit Center for a clinic to provide flue
vaccinations to the citizens of Kerr County as requested by Texas Department of Health.

As a representative of Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, I am working with the Texas
Department of Health and with H.E.B. in order to provide the flu vaccinations to the
citizens of Kerr County. We are interested in finding a location that is familiar, easily
accessible, and large enough to accommodate the anticipated turnout for the flu clinic.
Therefore, I would like to respectfully request permission to use the Kerr County
Agricultural Barn for the 2003 annual flu vaccination clinic. This clinic is held one full
day in October or November, and that day would be subject to availability of the
Agricultural Barn.
Thank you for your consideration of this request. I understand that this request will need
to go to the Commissioners Court for final approval. If you have any questions, please
