On this the 14th day of October, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Nicholson,
Seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 3-0-0, to waive reading and approve the minutes of Special Session of September 2,
2003, Regular Session on September 8, 2003, and Regular Session of September 22,
2003 of the Kerr County Commissioners` Court.
