TRANSFER CODE ENFORCEMENT DUTIES
On this the 14th day of October, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
3-0-0, to transfer or move the Code Enforcement Officer and Solid Waste to report to the
new manager of the Environmental Health Department, and not to the Maintenance
Department effective November 1, 2003.
