UGRA has given notice that it intends to cancel or has cancelled the previously existing
agreement between Kerr County and UGRA by which the administration and
enforcement of OSSF matters was conducted. As a result, Kerr County needs to take the
necessary steps to establish an office and obtain any necessazy employees to dischazge
Kerr County's obligation as authorized agent to perform all duties and functions in
connection with the administration and enforcement of OSSF matters.
