I propose we consider the following direction for the Courthouse Grounds Christmas
Lighting.
I) Christmas lights to be put up no sooner than two weeks before Thanksgiving.
2) Authorize the Maintenance Supervisor to inspect and require removal of any
inoperable, mal-functioning or unsafe decorations.
3) Require lights and decorations be down no later than the second weekend in
January.
4) Get authorization from Maintenance Department Supervisor before beginning any
new construction.
