to have a 907 votes on behalf of Kerr County for Board of
Directors of Kerr Central Appraisal District.

Message: Enclosed is a ballot for the 2004 / 2005 Board of Directors. Each entity
has a vote allocation based on its levy. You may cast all of your allocated
votes for one candidate or you may divide your allocated votes among
two or more candidates. Your entity may not initiate a recall of a director
unless you have cast at least one vote for that director. Please cast your
votes and mark them on the enclosed ballot and return it to the Appraisal
District before December 15, 2003. I will count the votes and announce
the 2004 / 2005 slate of directors before December 31, 2003. There are
six candidates on the ballot and only five positions on the Ken- Central
Appraisal District Board of Directors.
