UGR.A has given notice to all four UGR.A employees that are currently handling administration of the OSSF program. Based on this notice there will be no employees to handle this administration effective October 31, 2003. We must have a plan in glace and working by this date. UGRA has offered Uo assist; .however, we need to develop a definite plan so nothing falls through the cracks. It i,5 very important that we have na lapse in administration. We have an obligation w the public td insure continuous coverage for public health and other reasons. Further, note that under our current OSSF rules real estate transfer inspections are still required. T have received several calls concerning scheduled real estate closings during late October or eazly November.
