On this the 3rd day of November 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Nicholson,
Seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to
Offer a administrative clerk position to Patricia S. Hulett in the Environmental Health
Department at a grade and step of 17-7, with a salary of $27,327, this offer being
contingent upon her acceptance of the requirement that she obtain proper licensing or
certification to become a O.S.S.F. field inspector.
