On this the 11''' day of November 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Williams,
Seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to
Approve the Annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 pm, November 22, 2003 and
to hire the Maintenance supervisor for setup AND permission for the use of the lower
level of the Courthouse for the Christmas Party for clients of the Juvenile Probation
Department from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on December 17, 2003.

place immediately following the Haiiday Night Parade frarrt 7:00 p, m. until i :35 p.m.

the stage, check the lights and make sure the Courthouse was open for Santa. tv change
into his sui#. I am requesting your approval to hire him again.
