Seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-1-0, to waive reading and approve the minutes of Regular Session of October 14~' ,
& 15~ 2003, and Special Session of October 27, 2003 of the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court.
