BURN BAN IN EFFECT
On this the l Ot" day of December 2003 upon motion made
Commissioner Nicholson, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
2-0-0, to reinstitute the burn ban effective at 5 P.M. on
December 10, 2003 for a period of 90 days, with each
Commissioner to have the authority to lift or reinstate, as
Conditions warrant, the burn ban or not within that 90 day
period.
