The item on the agenda that I have is to consider and discuss burn ban for Kerr County. Commissioner Nicholson, do you have something you wish to offer on this? COMMISSIONER NICHOLSON: I make a motion that we impose a burn ban for Kerr County for 90 days, beginning at 5 o'clock today, and that we give each individual County Commissioner the authority to lift and/or reinstate the burn ban as conditions warrant. COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: I second that motion. JUDGE TINLEY: Motion made and seconded to reinstitute the burn ban effective at 5 p.m. today for a period of 90 days, with each Commissioner to have the authority to lift or reinstate, as conditions warrant, the burn ban or not within that 90-day period. Any further question or discussion on the motion?
