On this the 8th day of December, 2003 upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by
Vote 4-0-0, request by Dean Ward, President of Loca12281, American
Federation of Government Employees to use Courthouse grounds on December
13, 2003, from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. for a rally in support of Hill Country Veterans to
retain acute care beds at the Kerrville VA Facility.
