RESOLUTION
A Resolution of the Kerr County Commissioners Court to authorize designated
signatories for Tezas Community Development Program (TCDP) Contract No.
718257 Technical Assistance.
WHEREAS the County of Kerr has received funding under the Fiscal Year 2002 Texas
Community Development Program.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate signatories for contractual documents pertaining
to this contract.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERB
COUNTY, TEXAS.
Section 1 That Commissioners Court designates the County Judge, and the County
Auditor as authorized signatories for the State of Texas Purchase Vouchers for the Fiscal
Year 2002 Texas Community Development Program Contract No. 718257 and
Section 2 That Commissioners Court designates the County Judge, and the County
Auditor as authorized signatories for the Requests for Reimbursement for the Fiscal Year
2002 Texas Community Development Program Contract No. 718257 and
Section 3 That Commissioners Court designates the County Judge as its Chief Executive
Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all matters in connection with the Fiscal
Year 2002 Texas Community Development Program Contract No. 718257.
