Since OSSF fees are payable with Preliminary Plat, the Alternate Platting Process does
not require a Preliminary Plat, and this Plat Revision is combing two platted Iots which
both could have an OSSF system installed, any inspections or analysis would be
unnecessary, I recommend any fees paid on this project be refunded.
