PROJECT SUMMARY -PAGE 3 A summary of each project has been completed, and a Project Application Summary sheet done by FEMA has been included to show work and materials needed to complete each FEMA project. For work and materials needed on NRCS sites we have enclosed the Project Agreement Contracts for NRCS. 2. PROJECT SiJMMARY -PAGE 4 To get an estimated number of potential people served by the repairs we used Kerr County's Submission to the United States Department of Justice that showed the population of the two (2) voting precincts in which most of the work is to be done. We have enclosed the cover page of the document, a map showing the precincts and a page showing the total number of the population and the ethenic breakdown. 3. RESOLUTION Enclosed are minutes of the Kerr County Commissioners Court session, Tuesday, October I5, 2002, Item 2.7, addressing the amount of funds the Cour[ has committed to the Road & Bridge between $125,000 and $250,000. There was no Court Order or Resolution. 6. COMMITMENT LETTERS -Enclosed aze the following: a. Six (6) award letters from FEMA with a table of the combined totals of all packages for all six (6} letters. b. A letter dated October 24, 2002, from NRCS approving the projects along with the above mentioned copies of the Project Agreement Contracts. These sites will be repaired with CMP pipe, box culverts, concrete matting and fill material. See attached contract sheets furnished by NRCS for details. Some of the construction of the improvements extends into private property and permission was granted by the landowners, but no funds were needed to acquire property or easement. NRCS is assisting with these projects.
