On this the 12~' day of January 2004, upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, to set public hearing on February 23, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. to consider
adoption of the proposed road name changes in accordance with the guidelines of
Kerr 911, abandon, discontinue and vacate County maintained roads and install
regulatory signs.

CONCERNING NAME CHANGES, REGULATORY SIGN
AND ROADS TO BE REMOVED FROM
KERR COUNTY MAINTENANCE
It is the intention of the Commissioners Court to consider adoption of the proposed road
name changes in accordance with the guidelines of Kerr 911, abandon, discontinue and
vacate County Maintained roads, and install regulatory sign.
A public hearing will be held February 23, 2004, at 10:30 a.m., in Commissioners Court,
700 Main, Kerrville, Texas concerning the proposed signs, name changes, and road
maintenance as follows:
