APPROVAL OF THE KERB COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
TO USE DISTRICT COURTROOM
On this the 12~h day of January 2004, upon made by Commissioner Williams,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, for the Kerr County Republican Party to use District Courtroom # 1
on Mazch 27, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for purpose of conducting the
Kerr County Republican Convention.

The Kerr County Republican Party Executive Committee, in its January 5 meeting
voted to hold the Bi-annual Republican County Convention March 27, 2004. The
Executive Committee also asked that a formal request to use the Kerr County District
Courtroom on this date between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., be placed on
Commissioners' Court Agenda for January 12, 2004.
