Came to be heard this the 26th day of January 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, Seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, directing the County Attorney
to issued a notice to the land owner to remove the construction pad that was
Illegally placed.
