Lease for Mooney-Occupied Facility at Luis Schreiner Field
Came to be heard this the 26`" day of January 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, Seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, authorize the City Manager to
negotiate a lease pursuant to the terms discussed in executive session with
Mooney, and that Commissioner Williams serve as liaison to review the
lease and bring it back to the Court for approval.
