The Hydraulic Study is being prepared by a registered professional engineer. The proposed detention ponds are placed on Lots 17-18 and Lots 36-38 based on their preliminary results. There may be some changes when their final study is competed. 2. The Lots 17-18 and Lots 36-38 should have a detailed analysis to check for well- septic separation and house location outside the detention pond easement. 3. Roads are county maintained and shall be the built to "Local Road" specification. Construction plans and details shall be submitted by developers' engineer and approved prior to final plat. 4. For a subdivision of 215 acres, two (2) test wells are required. Test wells shall be located on final plat. Before final plat is approved: a. A certificate from a registered professional engineer stating sufficient groundwater exists beneath such subdivision of a quality adequate for use of the persons purchasing tracts... or b.
