Consider and discuss setting a workshop to consider the Road and Bridge Department organization and request County Attorney to provide the Commissioner's Court with an opinion as to permitted organization of the Kerr County Unit Road System. During the 2003-2004 budget process and during the long range planning meetings this issue was discussed. I believe we need to set a workshop to discuss this matter and invite the Road and Bridge Administrator and County Engineer to participate. I believe we also need an opinion from the County Attorney as to the specific organization structure we are permitted to utilize. I am bringing this up so we can have this information available during the next budget cycle. Jonathan Letz
