seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-
0-0, to extend the Kerr County Burn ban for 90 days.

I believe the Burn Ban expires and either needs to be extended or not continued. Also the
Court requested a legal opinion from the County Attorney concerning the Burn Ban and
county authority.
