Effective July 26, 2004, I have employed Sandra Trollinger
as a Court Clerk/Court Co-Ordinator at a 17/2 at a salary
of $24,153.00 to be taken out of budget line item 10-456-105.
This will serve as my certification that all necessary
forms have been completed, including the medical exam
(if required) and that this individual is fully qualified
to fill the position and perform the duties of the job as
set forth in the job description for the position.
