Normally that is a good thing and approval assured. However in this situation, the lot does not front Avery Road and would be considered a "Flag Lot." Its only access is an undeveloped right-of--way owned by Kerr County, not part of his property. Last month when you approved changing lot lines for three lots, you included he build a Country Lane road with a cul-de-sac. In this version he does NOT include building a road. For the above reasons, I am not in favor of this concept.
