This Commissioners' Court will hold an Emergency meeting at 8:45 a.m. on Friday,
September 3, 2004, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom due to a
reasonably unforeseeable situation.

an Order declaring the General Election Cancelled and the unopposed candidates
