Process to Select Unexpired term
Came to be heard this the 27~' day of September 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Nicholson, and a Second made by Commissioner Williams, the Court
unanimously approved a vote of 4-0-0 the process to select individuals to fill the un
expired term of Justice of the Peace #3.

Public announcement of vacancy due to resignation of JP #3 on 9/27/04
Public announcement that any qualified person that would like to be considered for this
position should submit letter, resume and any other pertinent information to the Kerr
County Commissioner's Court to the attention of Commissioner Jonathan Letz by
October 4, 2004 at S:OOpm
Commissioner Letz will provide the Commissioner's Court members a list of applicants
on October 5, 2004 and make all submitted information available.
The Commissioner's Court will review applicants and make the appointment at the
October 11, 2004 Commissioner's Court meeting.
Appointment will become effective November 1, 2004
