Came to be heard this the 27~' day of September 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, and a Second made by Commissioner Williams, the Court
unanimously approved a vote of 4-0-0 to appoint Kari O'Dell to act as temporary Pct. 3
Justice of the Peace pending selection of Pct 3 Justice of the Peace to serve until
November 1, 2004.
