Dear Mr. Holekamp,
First, I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you for allowing me the chance to provide
pest control service for the Kerr County Facilities. I am enclosing the information you
requested on the following page.
Additionally, I am also enclosing a copy of my liability insurance for your review, which
is well above the state required minimum. I understand that Kerr County allows only the
most qualified and professional companies to provide service for their facilities. I
believe that I am fully capable of providing that service. I would be happy to provide you
with names and telephone numbers of some of our ongoing customers, who like you
require only the best service available.

that we may set up a schedule for service for each building.

Starkey Pest Control will service the	premises listed above at least once each month in
order to control the pests listed above. If additional service is needed between regular
service visits, service will be performed at no additional cost to customer.
*This bid does not include any wood destroying insect, i.e. termites, powder post beetles, etc.
